Substance Abuse Treatment

Outpatient Services

Noddles Island is North Suffolk’s Substance Abuse Services Department providing adults with evaluations, individual, group and family counseling, psycho-educational groups, addiction psychiatry, recovery training, relapse program, and drug screening.

Drug Court

Noddles Island is a member of Brighton, Cambridge, Chelsea, East Boston, Roxbury, and South Boston Drug Courts. Evaluation and treatment placement services are provided in collaboration with Drug Court teams.

IOP & SOAP

In addition to regular outpatient services, Noddles Island also offers intensive outpatient evening treatment (IOP) and a structured outpatient addiction program (SOAP).
